For each level up, the corresponding RUX will be charged. But for every level milestone which are level 5, 10, 20, 29 and 30, again RUX will be charged but an additional OBX amount will be charged too.

For example:

Level 3 -> 4, the cost is 4 $RUX;

Level 4 -> 5, the cost is 10 $RUX + 1000 $OBX.
