Gps Privacy
User privacy and anonymity are among our top priorities.
We believe that collecting user's GPS data is a severe privacy violation and could lead to safety risks.
Therefore, we have developed a proprietary algorithm, RBX Protocol, to convert your GPS track into an unrecoverable data form.
The RBX Protocol runs locally on your phones, converting GPS coordinates into a virtual coordinate system, BLOX Coordinates. The conversion is unidirectional and removes all privacy information that could trace back to a specific user or location in the real world.
There is no way to recover the GPS coordinates from BLOX Coordinates. By sending the BLOX Coordinates to us, instead of raw GPS data, we can verify user movements and detect malicious behavior without knowing where the user's actual location in the real world.
Tips: If you wish to further protect your privacy (i.e., IP Address, the origin of network request), we recommend you to access our service via the Tor network.
